Hi, I am Jennifer
I am a Mindset and Triathlon Coach.​​​​​​​
​I started as a scared and brand-new athlete—a mom who felt lost in motherhood and found herself through a triathlon.
When my personal life fell apart five years ago, I turned to mindset work to rebuild. As I applied those tools to racing, everything changed. My performance took off, and so did my life.
Since then, I’ve raced at four Ironman World Championships, earned a black shirt at Norseman Xtri Worlds, and won the Starvation Extreme Triathlon. But the real win? Rebuilding my confidence, reshaping my life, and creating something I love.
This journey taught me that getting fitter is just one part of the equation. If you want to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally—it takes more than a training plan or a podcast.
It takes intention.
