Race Ready Endurance Mindset
For Triathlons

Strengthen and align your physical, mental, and emotional fitness to access your full potential on Race Day!

An Endurance Mindset allows you to stay focused, steady, and mentally and emotionally strong during the highs and lows of training and racing.

 

Long races mean you will have lows and highs, they are inevitable. What you do with them makes all the difference in your results on race day. Reaching your potential on race day requires staying in a focused mindset. You can never fully access your physical fitness if your mind is stuck in thoughts that distract from your ultimate race day goal.


This program is designed to complement any training program and can be used for any triathlon distance. Each week builds on the other. The first few weeks walk you through the steps to creating an endurance mindset. In the last weeks, it has shifted to practice and implementation so that on race day, you have trained your mind to support your goals.

In 8 weeks you will:

​

+ Gain a better understanding of your current mindset

+ Uncover limiting beliefs

+ Create an effective mindset specific to triathlon racing

+ Develop multiple mindsets for the swim, bike, run to use on race day

+ Know how to align your physical, mental, and emotional fitness on race day

8-week Race Ready Endurance Mindset Plan

This program can be a stand-alone or applied to any current training plans in Training Peaks.

1:1 Coaching Session 

+ 30 min virtual session to troubleshoot, fine-turn or elevate your mindset before race day. ($125 value!)

Time Commitment

On average 3-5 mins a day but this can be adjusted per your schedule. The more you put into it, the more you will get out of it.

Downloadable Guide

This is an 8-week Mindset program to help you strengthen and align your mental, emotional, and physical fitness!

 

You can add this to any current fitness or wellness program. The only requirement is that during the 8 weeks, you commit to physical activity. It is designed to support any life, health, and/or wellness goals.

Each week builds on the next. The first few weeks are to walk you through the steps to creating an endurance mindset then it shifts to practice and implementation so that by the last week you have trained your mind to support your goals.

+ Shift your mindset to support your goals

+ Know how to align your physical, mental, and emotional fitness
